Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Replay — the digital scrapbook service available at replay.sapiendesigns.site (the "Service"), operated by [Company legal name] ("Replay", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Replay lets you create digital scrapbooks from your photos, videos, audio and text, store them in your personal library, download finished books as files, and share them with others via private links.

2. Your Account

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your place of residence) to create an account. If you are younger, a parent or legal guardian should create and manage the account, and can build the scrapbook together with you; finished books can also be viewed via share links without any account.
  • You may delete your account at any time from the account page. Deleting your account permanently removes your scrapbooks and uploaded files.

3. Plans and Payments

  • Free Plan — create unlimited scrapbooks within the included storage limit (1 GB).
  • Download Plan — a one-time payment per book that lets you download the finished scrapbook to your device.
  • Subscription — a monthly plan with extended storage and online sharing. The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Prices are shown before purchase. We may change prices with advance notice; changes apply from the next billing period.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
  • [Refund policy — e.g. "One-time purchases are refundable within 14 days if the book has not been downloaded; subscription payments are non-refundable for the current period." — to be confirmed with the owner.]

4. Your Content

  • You keep full ownership of the photos, videos, audio and text you upload ("Content").
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process and display your Content solely to provide the Service — for example to render your pages, assemble downloadable book files, and show shared books to people you give a link to. This license ends when your Content or account is deleted, except for short-lived backups.
  • You are responsible for your Content: upload only material you own or have the right to use, and do not upload unlawful content, malware, or material that infringes anyone's rights or privacy.

5. Sharing

Share links give read-only access to a book to anyone who has the link. You control your links: you can disable or regenerate them at any time, which immediately invalidates the old link. Be thoughtful about who you share links with.

6. Our Content

The Service — including its design, templates, stickers, backgrounds, logos and software — belongs to Replay or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use it as part of the Service. Catalog assets may be used inside your scrapbooks but not extracted or redistributed separately.

7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice with the details required by the DMCA to [designated agent email]. We will remove or disable access to infringing material and may terminate repeat infringers' accounts.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' data, circumventing storage limits or payment, scraping, reselling the Service, or disrupting its operation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to export your books. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Please keep your own copies of irreplaceable photos and videos — a scrapbook service is not a backup service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or an in-service notice before the changes take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
